At Maliko, each piece is released through a controlled production process and prepared with care prior to dispatch.
Due to the limited nature of our collections, all sales are considered final.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Delayed delivery caused by customs or shipping carriers
- Items purchased during promotional periods or special releases

SIZING
We recommend reviewing sizing information carefully prior to purchase and contacting us should guidance be required.
Refunds are not offered for sizing-related requests.
Where available, size exchanges may be accommodated for unworn items in original condition. Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Exchange availability is not guaranteed and remains subject to stock and collection availability.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect item received
Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must remain unworn and unused
- The item must be returned in original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Maliko reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
After this period, orders are considered final and enter processing.
SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
Maliko is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or third-party shipping carriers.
